Vision
RRC Business Telecommunications today is a complete range of options for services and new projects, which include the creation of distribution channels, activation of a partner base, marketing and sales support, training of customer’s and partner’s employees, certification and pre-configuration of IT solutions, as well as support programs for financial services, consulting and technical expertise.
We believe that through joint efforts we can achieve maximum potential with each of our partners and we strive for this by improving our own skills and adding new IT technologies to our portfolio.
We also understand that only thanks to our full involvement in the development and implementation of a joint strategy to promote the interests of our suppliers will we be able to maximize market penetration in each of our territories of presence and taking into account all the requirements and tasks of our partners.

2000 – RRC Business Telecommunications was established with HQ in Cyprus and Austria
2000 – Start of Sales in the territories: Russia, Ukraine and CEE region countries
2000 – New subsidiaries with full-fledged offices in CEE region: RRC Poland (Warsaw), RRC CZ (Prague), RRC Hungary (Budapest)
2002 – Second full-fledged office of RRC Poland in Wroclaw
2003 – New subsidiary with full-fledged office in Serbia: RRC Serbia (Belgrade)
2004 – Expansion of Sales territories to the countries of Central Asia and Caucasus
2005 – New subsidiary with full-fledged office in Slovenia: RRC Slovenia (Ljubljana)
2005 – New subsidiary with full-fledged office in Kazakhstan : RRC Kazakhstan (Almaty)
2006 – New Rep offices in Azerbaijan (Baku) and Uzbekistan (Tashkent)
2008 – Acquisition of New subsidiary in Russia with two full-fledged offices in Moscow and Saint Petersburg
2012 – New subsidiaries with full-fledged office in Romania and Belarus: RRC Romania (Bucharest) and RRC Belarus (Minsk)
2013 – New subsidiary with full-fledged office in Croatia: RRC Croatia (Zagreb)
2015 – New subsidiaries with full-fledged office in Albania and Makedonia: RRC Albania (Tirana) and RRC Makedonia (Skopje)
2016 – in July 2016 part of business in CEE region was sold to Ingram Micro
2017 – RRC Russia subsidiary left the group with a new brand, but RRC Business Telecommunications Group continues its operations in Russia
2017 – Strengthening of the market position in the Central Asian countries (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, etc) and Trans-Caucasian region countries (Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, etc)
2022 – In March 2022 we stopped all sales to Russia and Belarus, in June we decided to leave both markets due to the vendors’ policy
July 2022 – Exploring new markets: UAE and India
2023 Plan – New subsidiary with full-fledged office in UAE and Rep office in India
